"PPP Days in the Perm Region. EU Experience"

An international conference dedicated to the opportunities and challenges of developing infrastructure industries using PPP.
At the conference we've discussed the most effective ways to apply PPP mechanisms, taking into account the European and Russian experience.
We've explored the PPP toolkit as the basis for improving the quality of life and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Invited speakers are heads of European PPP centers, international and Russian experts and practitioners.
Keynote speakers: Eduard Sosnin (Minister of Economic Development, Perm Krai); Bartosz Korbus (CEO, the Institute for Public-Private Partnership (IPPP), Poland); Dr Rafał Cieślak (University of Warsaw, Poland); Prof. Daniela Angelina Jelinčić (Institute for Development and International Relations, Croatia), Petra Ferk (Prof. dr., the Institute for Public-Private Partnership, Slovenia).
The working languages of the conference are Russian and English (simultaneous translation was provided).
